Most regions are processed in USD. However, depending on your location, you may also be able to pay in EUR, AUD, JPY, or GBP.

Once your order is confirmed, we can’t make changes or cancellations. Please make sure all details are correct before placing your order.

No, we can’t make any changes to the items in your order once it has been placed and confirmed.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order delivery will take between 2-8 days, delivery times vary by region and will be displayed at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available above the threshold shown at checkout.

If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend you first contact the courier company directly to request a Proof of Delivery and confirm the exact drop-off location. You may also check with your neighbors, building reception, or housemates in case they accepted it on your behalf.
If you still cannot find your package after contacting the courier company, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at contact@makingthinking.com and we will be happy to assist you further.
For security, we strongly recommend being available to sign for your packages whenever possible.

How to make a return?
If you would like to make a return, please click here to proceed. You will be re-directed to our return platform.
Once your return has been registered, you will receive a separate email with further instructions. Normally this email arrives within a few hours, but in some cases, it may take up to two (2) business day.

Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of your delivery date. Any returns submitted after this period may be rejected and sent back to you.

Swimwear, underwear, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Customized or personalized products (such as monogrammed items or special alterations) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

If you purchased an item that came with a free gift, the free gift must also be returned if you choose to return the purchased item. If not, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

When you drop off your package at the post office or chosen carrier, we strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number and proof of postage for your reference. This will help in case the shipment is delayed or lost in transit.

Can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange an item (for example, another size or color), please first submit a return request and place a new order for the desired item.
Once your return has been approved and received, we will process your refund according to our return policy. Please note that direct exchanges are not available — all exchanges must be handled as a return + new order.
For hygiene reasons, certain products such as swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

How do I make a claim?
If you have received a defective item or an incorrect product (wrong size, color, or style) from your order, please click here and follow the steps to submit a claim. Don’t forget to attach clear photos showing the defect or the incorrect item.
Once your claim has been submitted, our team will review it and get back to you via email with further instructions. Normally, claims are processed within 1–2 business days, but during peak periods it may take up to 5 business days.

If your claim is approved and you are asked to return the item, we strongly recommend that you obtain a tracking number and proof of postage when you drop off the package, for your own reference and to avoid issues in case the parcel is lost in transit.

What is your return policy?
We really hope that you love your items as much as we do. But if for some reason you would like to make a return, please read the following return policy before you proceed.
Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. According to the Hong Kong Consumer Council’s guidelines on online shopping, customers have the right to request a return or exchange if the goods are defective, not as described, or delivered incorrectly. Please note that for non-defective items, we currently offer returns only within the 14-day period as a goodwill policy.
The returned clothing must be unused, with safety tags intact, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Items that are worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered in any way may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Products such as swimwear and other items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are excluded from our return policy. Customized products (such as items with special prints, embroidery, or tailored adjustments) are also non-returnable.
If your order included a promotional free gift, and you wish to return the purchased item, the free gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

What size am I?
Choosing the right size can be tricky since everyone’s body is unique. To make it easier, we provide a detailed size guide for each product.
On each product page, simply click the “Size Guide” link next to the size options to see exact measurements.

How do I use your size guide?
Our size guides include a visual chart that shows how and where we measure each garment.
• Measurements are listed in cm/inches.
• All garments are measured flat; simply double the number (x2) to get the full body circumference.
This way, you can compare the measurements to a similar item you already own and choose the best fit for you.
How do I sign up for restock notifications?
To receive a notification when an item is back in stock, go to the product page and click on the sold-out size you’re interested in. You’ll be able to enter your email address, and we’ll notify you as soon as the item is restocked and available for purchase.
How can I find out if an item is being restocked?
To check if and when an item will be restocked, please visit our Coming Soon page in the website menu. There you’ll find details about items that are planned for restock or upcoming launches, including estimated restock dates if available.
If no date is shown, it means we don’t have a confirmed restock time yet.

No. All duties and VAT are already included in our prices (Delivered Duty Paid, DDP). Wherever you are located, you won’t be charged extra import fees – simply place your order and wait for your package to arrive.
